Rarebl is a non-blockchain digital currency pegged to the US Dollar 1:1. Every 1 RBL equals 1 USD. For example, if you buy 5 RBL of bitcoin you receive approximately 5 USD worth of bitcoin minus the transaction fee (most of which goes to miners).

Click "Sign Up" on our homepage or go to app.rarebl.com/#!/signup. Provide your name, email, and phone number. After verifying email and phone, set up your secure PIN and start using your wallet.

Buy RBL with bitcoin or mobile money (MTN, Tigo, Vodafone, Airtel). Click Receive, choose "Rarebl," select your mobile money option, and send to the number shown. Enter the transaction ID and amount from your SMS confirmation; we verify within 5–15 minutes.

Use the web app at app.rarebl.com, or download our Android or iOS app. All platforms sync so you can manage your funds from anywhere.

Sending RBL, buying RBL with bitcoin, and store purchases are automated. Buying RBL with mobile money takes about 5–15 minutes (often under 10). Keep your RBL wallet loaded for faster flows.

Rarebl-to-Rarebl is encouraged: send instantly via Send and the receiver’s username or anonymous address. Most transactions have a small fee of 0.50 RBL; bitcoin transactions also incur miners’ fees.

Load your RBL wallet, tap Send, choose "Rarebl," then "Send Bitcoin" (or other asset), enter receiver and amount, and confirm. A variable miners’ fee applies for bitcoin. You can also use Rarebl as your bitcoin wallet and send to any address.

Limits depend on verification level. Unverified accounts have basic limits; verified accounts have higher limits. Check your limits in account settings. For high volume, contact support.

Once a transaction is confirmed and sent, it cannot be reversed. Always double-check recipient and amount. If you sent to the wrong Rarebl user, contact them to request a refund.

We use 256-bit SSL encryption, 2FA, secure PIN, and encrypted storage. Funds are in secure cold storage and we run regular security audits.

Go to Settings → Security → Enable Two-Factor Authentication. Use an app like Google Authenticator or Authy, scan the QR code, enter the 6-digit code, and you’re set. We recommend 2FA for all accounts.

Use "Forgot Password" on the login page for a reset link. For PIN recovery, verify via email and phone; it may take a few minutes. Keep your recovery email and phone up to date.

We comply with data protection regulations, encrypt and store data securely, and never sell your data. We collect only what’s needed for verification and security. See our Privacy Policy for details.

P2P lets you buy and sell crypto directly with other Rarebl users. You can create buy or sell ads with your payment methods, prices, and terms. Rarebl provides escrow for safe transactions.

Open the P2P section, click "Create Ad," choose buy or sell, set price and payment methods, set min/max amounts and terms. Once published, others can start trades with you.

The seller’s crypto is locked in escrow. The buyer pays by the agreed method and marks payment complete. The seller confirms receipt and the crypto is released. Disputes are reviewed by support.

Mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, Tigo, Airtel), bank transfers, and other local options. Each trader sets accepted methods in their ad. Always confirm payment details before completing a trade.

Not yet; we plan to add this. For now you can transfer value out by buying bitcoin and selling elsewhere, or use RBL directly and our P2P platform.

Send to other Rarebl users, buy crypto, pay at participating merchants, top up airtime, and trade on P2P. We’re expanding merchants and use cases.

Yes. You can hold and manage RBL, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and other supported assets in one wallet. Switch between assets in your dashboard.

Go to the Transactions section. Filter by date, type, and asset. Each transaction shows date, amount, recipient/sender, status, and ID. You can export for records.

Your wallet is tied to your login and available on any device. Keep your password, PIN, and 2FA recovery codes safe. For crypto we offer recovery phrases—store them securely and never share them.

Adjust preferences in Settings. Choose alerts for transactions, security, P2P, and promotions via email, SMS, or push. We recommend keeping security notifications on.
