By accessing or using Rarebl’s website, mobile app, or related services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must not be prohibited from using the Services under the laws of your country. By using Rarebl, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Use of Services

• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights
• Transmit malware or interfere with our systems or other users
• Resell or redistribute the Services without our consent

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for other reasons we communicate to you. On termination, your right to use the Services ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. liability, disputes) will remain in effect.

8. Disclaimer

Our Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for losses due to your use of the Services, third-party actions, or events outside our control, except where the law requires otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rarebl and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email, in-app notice, or on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
